Cádiz tiene un carnaval con mayúsculas, El Carnaval de Cádiz se celebra en toda la ciudad, y se representa en el Teatro Falla: grupos de voces con algunos instrumentos interpretan canciones con letras originales ingeniosas y con humor. Cádiz es una región donde el mar baña bellas playas de arena fina, de pueblos blancos y una apasionante historia viva. Caminar por el malecón en Cádiz es sentir la belleza en los sentidos, oír las campanas, ver el cálido paisaje, y a cada paso, sentirse caminar por la «Tacita de Plata» (the Silver Demitasse).

The Carnaval de Cadiz takes place in the whole city, and is represented in the Teatro Falla: groups of voices with some instruments interpret songs with humorous, witty lyrics. Cadiz lies in a region where the sea washes beaches of fine sand, a region of white towns and a compelling live history. To walk along the waterfront of Cadiz is to feel beauty in all senses, listening to the toll of the bells, glancing at the warm landscape and, in each step, feeling like a walk by the Silver Demitasse (Tacita de Plata).
